• All listings may go through a review process and the approval of a listing will be at the discretion of Hyp-mobility. Prospective buyers will see images after they are approved. Rest of the details will be visible instantly after Ad goes live.
• An individual user can list only one car as part of the free listings. If user wants to upload more cars, he will have to upgrade to premium account.
• As a Seller you certify that all information provided by you against your listed car is true.
• Seller is alone responsible for completing and verification of the documentation part, before concluding the sale. Any sale concluded on the part of the Seller, shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller.
• Validity of premium AD is 90 days.
• Premium account charge will be applicable for every new car ad that avails premium benefits
• Refund policy: Not able to find satisfactory buyers, 100% refund guaranteed. Refund will be processed in 8-9 business days. Refund period is between 30 - 90 days from date of payment. Refund is applicable on 1 listing/mobile number
• Upgrading to premium from Free listing boosts the listing of the customer to give more views.
• Buyer details will be shared with premium seller via SMS or other means and will be shown on the website as well.
• It is the seller's responsibility to contact the buyers and check required details and documents, HYP MOBILITY PORTAL CO. L.L.C. will not be responsible for any deficiency and any dispute arised between the Buyer and Seller.
• Seller listing will be visible in the primary city of the seller only. Seller city cannot be changed later on once the vehicle is listed.
• HYP MOBILITY PORTAL CO. L.L.C. does not guarantee fixed sale of vehicle but best efforts to provide maximum views will be taken.
• Getting buyers depends on Listing quality. Eg: No of Images, Image quality, correct vehicle's details, popularity of make and model, listing price of vehicle, vehicle condition, etc.
• Once Make Model for the vehicle is entered, it cannot be changed at a later stage.
• Premium ad once deleted by the user intentionally or unintentionally, cannot be made live again.

• Free listing plan is brought to you by HYP MOBILITY PORTAL CO. L.L.C. ("Hyp-mobility") and is open only to individuals or private party sellers who list their car for sale on Hyp-mobility. Dealers, brokers or those individuals who trade in cars are not eligible.
• Hyp-mobility reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any or all of the terms and conditions of the plan at any time without prior notice.
• You authorise Hyp-mobility to contact, call or SMS you in connection with your car Advertisement.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Hyp-mobility.
• Any individual, who lists his/ her car on Hyp-mobility availing the plan, accepts the Terms and Conditions specified above in total.
• User will not abuse or misuse the website or engage in any activity which violates the terms of this Agreement. In any such case, Hyp-mobility may suspend user account or permanently debar him/her from accessing the Website.
